Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in our SAP FICO training programs.
๐ต 1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
- Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify us in writing via email at info.prosoftacademy@gmail.com within 48 hours of registration.
- If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment, and before accessing any training materials or sessions, a full refund will be processed (after deducting any applicable processing fees).
- No cancellations will be accepted once course materials are accessed or training sessions are attended.
๐ต 2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund:
- If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of enrollment and no sessions/materials have been accessed.
- Partial Refund:
- If partial access to course content is done (within 3 days of enrollment), a refund of 50% of the course fee will be processed.
- No Refund:
- After 3 days of enrollment, or once more than 1 session has been attended, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not applicable for fast-track, customized, or one-on-one training programs.
๐ต 3. Rescheduling Policy
- Students may request to reschedule their batch within the first 7 days of enrollment.
- Batch transfers are allowed only once, and are subject to seat availability.
- There is no extra charge for batch rescheduling if done within the allowed period.
๐ต 4. Course Cancellation by Pro Soft Academy
- In rare cases where Pro Soft Academy cancels a course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, students will have the option to:
- Get a full refund, or
- Transfer to the next available batch without any additional charges.
๐ต 5. Mode of Refund
- All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will be completed within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
๐ข Important Notes
- Processing fees (bank/payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.
- No refund is applicable for delay or interruption due to personal issues, technical problems at the student’s end, or absence without notice.
- Students are advised to read the course syllabus and attend demo sessions (if available) before enrolling.
